Senior Art Director

ProCaps Labs is seeking a Senior Art Director to shape visual direction and creative strategy for marketing initiatives in a hands‑on role. Based in Broomfield, CO (onsite) , this position offers a collaborative environment where design contributes to omnichannel campaigns across digital, print, packaging, events, and video. You will lead with both concept and craft while helping strengthen a growing in‑house team. What you’ll be doing Lead and execute creative concepts for omnichannel marketing campaigns spanning digital, social, print, packaging, events, and video. Develop, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines to keep visuals consistent across every touchpoint. Conceptualize, design, and oversee campaigns from ideation to execution , ensuring alignment with business goals. Partner closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to create visuals that engage audiences and support campaign objectives. Mentor and guide junior designers with feedback, support, and leadership for an expanding in‑house team. Produce or supervise video content and multimedia assets as needed, with video editing experience a plus. Keep up with design and marketing advancements by staying current on industry trends, design technologies, and omnichannel best practices. Contribute to the evolution of L&D strategies through planning, tool selection, and innovation. Handle additional responsibilities as assigned to support the company’s learning and development goals. What you bring 10+ years of professional experience in art direction, visual design, or creative leadership, ideally with both agency and in‑house experience. Proven experience in omnichannel campaign concepting and execution . Strong branding background, including creating, maintaining, and evolving brand guides. Hands‑on expertise in digital and print design ; video editing skills are a plus. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere), Figma , or similar tools for design and prototyping. Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, including experience mentoring designers. Excellent visual storytelling skills with the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling designs. Tools you’ll use Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Figma Compensation & benefits Salary range is $120,000 - $160,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications.
