Quality Engineering Laboratory Lead, Cell

What To Expect Tesla is looking for a highly motivated lead to provide operational leadership for a Cell Quality laboratory at Gigafactory Texas. This role is responsible for effective analytical laboratory operations including supporting staffing, training, facilities management, and providing technical guidance for quality and analytical processes. This role works closely with Tesla’s Design, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality Engineering teams to coordinate cross-functional activities that improve laboratory operations with the highest standards of safety, quality, and output.
