Maintenance SupervisorLocation: West Tulsa Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $95,000-$115,000 + BonusPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor or a high-performing Maintenance Lead who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.The successful candidate will possess strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, hands-on PLC experience, and a proven ability to lead, develop, and support maintenance personnel. This role is responsible for supervising a team of four direct reports while driving equipment reliability, maintenance excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, develop, and support a team of four maintenance technicians.Manage daily maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment.Drive a proactive maintenance culture through effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs.Plan, schedule, and oversee PM activities to maximize equipment uptime and extend asset life.Monitor maintenance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve performance and reduce downtime.Troubleshoot and support PLC-controlled production equipment and automated systems.Support robotics and automation equipment, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.Provide technical guidance for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues.Partner with operations, engineering, and production teams to improve equipment reliability and plant performance.Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and company standards.Required Qualifications5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Previous supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience with demonstrated success developing employees.Strong electro-mechanical maintenance background.Experience troubleshooting and supporting PLC-based equipment.Proven experience managing and improving preventive maintenance programs.Strong understanding of electrical systems, motors, drives, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical equipment.Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a maintenance team.Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with industrial robotics and automated manufacturing systems.Knowledge of Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC platforms.Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning.Experience using reliability-centered maintenance or continuous improvement methodologies.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a hands-on leader who combines strong technical expertise with a passion for developing people.
