Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Lincoln Regional Center, a Joint Commission accredited state psychiatric hospital focused on patient-centered care.

Shifts:

• Full-time positions currently available work 36 hours per week on Evening/Night shift from 7pm - 7am.
• On-call/PRN positions available. Required to work a minimum of 32 hours per month, including 2 weekend shifts. Must start with three weeks of new employee orientation, Monday Friday, 8am 5pm, and then complete four weeks of job shadowing as your schedule permits. All training must be completed within 3 months of your start date.

Compensation: Starting pay rate: $51.336/hour plus additional Facility Differential Pay of $3.00/hour plus additional shift differentials up to $2.50/hour, available to new hires not currently employed with the State of NE. We offer comprehensive benefits and a career path designed for growth.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Nebraska or authority based on the Nurse Licensure Compact to practice as a registered nurse in Nebraska. Consideration will be given to applicants who are within 90 days of completing their RN program and/or obtaining RN licensure.

Other: Must be at least 19 years of age and able to attend 3 weeks of new employee orientation during day hours. Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 60 lbs. Must have a valid driver's license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation.
