Restaurant General Manager- The BLVD

Position: Restaurant General Manager – Beverly Wilshire, Beverly Hills.This role oversees the hotel’s All‑Day or Fine Dining Restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction, quality operations, and financial performance. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and direct the restaurant’s operations, maintaining guest satisfaction and service standards. Manage labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing and inventory control. Select, train, evaluate, motivate, coach, and discipline all restaurant staff. Collaborate with Hotel Manager, Executive Chef, and Sous Chefs to design menus, menu items and amenities while maintaining quality and profitability. Maintain a visible presence in the operation, handle guest complaints, and promote positive public relations. Process payroll, gratuity reports and other administrative tasks. Ensure facilities and equipment remain in good condition and propose necessary improvements. Participate in regular operational meetings across departments to coordinate and cooperate. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage service and restaurant management. Proficiency with food‑service and point‑of‑sale computer systems. Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills in English. Experience working with union labor is desired. Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends and multiple shifts.
