Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and current Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Experience providing physical therapy in school environments is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of pediatric therapeutic techniques and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Exceptional communication skills to partner with educators, administration, and families
• Ability to adapt interventions for students with diverse physical, cognitive, or emotional needs
• Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work independently across campus settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and school administration to design and implement therapy plans
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy goals, and monitor student progress
• Deliver targeted interventions and therapy sessions for students with mobility or motor challenges
• Educate school personnel and families regarding therapy strategies and accommodations
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and ethical standards
• Support students’ access to education by recommending and facilitating adaptive equipment as needed
• Flexibly respond to PRN scheduling needs, providing coverage and support where most needed
