Duration : 6 months with possible extension

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Records Clerk . This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the division
• Coordinate projects and manage competing priorities
• Perform data entry, inventory management, and general clerical tasks
• Prepare presentations and maintain records using MS Office and web-based tools
• Support efficient delivery of public health services

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 3+ years of administrative/clerical experience
• Strong organizational, computer, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and web-based applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in public health, healthcare, social services, non-profit, or public administration
• Microsoft SharePoint experience
• Bilingual in English & Spanish
• Notary Public experience
• Some college coursework
