Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline required. MBA preferred, CPA is a plus.
- At least 10 years of accounting/financial management experience.
- At least 8 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Experience working with auditors and regulatory agencies.
- Strong knowledge of financial institution regulations, investments, ALM, financial reporting, and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities, and influence at the executive and Board level.
Responsibilities:
- Strengthen financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support informed decisions.
- Lead ALM, liquidity, capital, investments, and balance sheet strategy with confidence and discipline.
- Provide clear insight into financial performance, profitability, NIM, ROA, non-interest income, and long-term sustainability.
- Support lending, payments, product strategy, and growth initiatives through strong financial analysis and sound risk management.
- Maintain strong internal controls, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting integrity.
- Lead and develop finance, accounting, and payments teams with a focus on accountability, continuous improvement, and service.
- Bring curiosity, ownership, and practical business judgment to both strategic and operational decisions.
