What You'll Do

As a Forklift Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations moving efficiently and safely.

Operate an electric sit-down forklift

Load and unload trailers safely and accurately

Wrap pallets and prepare shipments

Verify paperwork and inventory accuracy

Print and apply shipping labels

Scan pallet numbers using RF technology

Inspect pallet quality and product condition

Complete required documentation

Participate in team meetings and safety initiatives
Important:

This is not just driving a forklift. Successful operators understand proper trailer loading techniques and cube utilization to maximize trailer space and shipping efficiency.
What We're Looking For

Previous electric sit-down forklift experience

Understanding of trailer loading and cube utilization

Steel-toe shoes required

RF scanner experience preferred

Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
