Description VIRTUAL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COUNSELOR / LMSW LAC Recovia, LLC is seeking a VIRTUAL BEHAVIORAL HEALTH COUNSELOR / LMSW LAC for Recovia's Virtual Therapy Program. This is NOT a remote or hybrid position. You will be officing out of our Virtual Clinic at I-17 and Northern 5/days a week. Recovia, LLC is a privately owned company with an innovative outpatient program dedicated to treating chronic pain, mental health issues, and substance use disorders in Arizona. BENEFITS Very Competitive Salary Productivity Bonus up to $12,000/year paid out monthly If you are an LAC or LMSW, we will guarantee we will provide you supervision. Work Hours of 8-5 or 9-6, with 1 hour for lunch No Evenings, Weekends, or On-Call Career Advancement Opportunities to Clinic Director as We Continue to Expand RESPONSIBILITIES Provide individual and group therapy sessions to virtual patients dealing with mental health issues. Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care for each patient. Facilitate psychoeducation sessions to empower patients with knowledge about their mental health.
