The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5 years of experience in a related role. Responsibilities include creating CAD models, conducting material selections, and ensuring design adequacy. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, an understanding of stress/strain calculations and familiarity with climbing and skiing products.
