Phlebotomist

Labcorp seeks a phlebotomist for a client site in Midlothian, Virginia. The role involves performing blood collections, processing specimens, maintaining patient records, and delivering customer service. Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests and similar analyses
- Enter patient information and maintain specimen information logs accurately
- Prepare collected specimens for testing and process billing information
- Provide customer service and perform administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
- Minimum 3 months phlebotomy experience or equivalent certification
- Pass standardized color blindness test
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to additional sites
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation
Compensation: $17.75 - $27.69 per hour
