We are currently seeking Pit Operators to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for moving inventory, by doing order picking, consolidations, or put-away.

Forklift Operators are one of the most important positions for serving our customers' needs. You'll be key to driving our success!

• Properly operate Lift Trucks -Stock/Cherry Pickers.
• Complete the Order Picker checklist and ensure the pallet is on forks before lifting.
• Ensure proper inspections before lift use every day
• Safely pick up pallets from staging locations.
• Put away items. Documenting their locations with Accuracy.
• Practice Safe material handling.
• Count the pieces put away and compare them with the scanner.
• Make sure that each item has a label.
• Ensuring cleanliness of the work area at the end of the day.
• Meet the expectation quota.
• Help other departments if needed.

You Must Have

• The ability to safely operate stock/cherry picker.
• Intermediate interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Flexible attitude.
• Self-motivation and a determination to succeed.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Detail management.
• Availability to work the necessary hours to deliver high-quality output.
• A clean and organized work area.
• Willingness to work Overtime when needed.
• Goal-oriented mindset.
