What You’ll Do as a New Agency Business Advisor Guide new agency owners through the startup process, from licensing to business launch Collaborate to create tailored business strategies focused on sales, marketing, and customer retention Provide hands‑on support with recruiting, onboarding, and training staff Monitor early performance, conduct regular reviews, and offer targeted coaching to accelerate growth Recommend operational improvements, technology adoption, and efficient business practices Deliver training on Farmers products, underwriting guidelines, and emerging market trends Serve as a mentor and problem solver, helping new owners navigate challenges and achieve long‑term success What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a proactive leader with a coaching mindset and a passion for helping others succeed. 2+ years in business consulting, sales leadership, or agency operations Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a results‑oriented approach Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship‑building abilities Self‑driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple new agency partnerships Insurance experience and active P&C or Life & Health licenses is required What’s in It for You?
