Join us to drive positive, lasting change that moves missions and the government forward!Job Description: Accenture Federal Services is looking for a Cloud Systems Administrator to provide hands-on administration and technical support across Windows and Linux cloud environments, including systems operating at multiple classification levels. You'll harden and patch production systems, build and maintain infrastructure-as-code, and troubleshoot issues directly with customers when something breaks.What You'll Own:Technical support for cloud-based systems and applications, including root-cause analysis and issue escalation as neededDay-to-day administration, hardening, and patching of Windows and Linux systems across supported cloud environmentsInfrastructure-as-code and configuration-as-code development (primarily Ansible) supporting provisioning and ongoing operationsIAM policy configuration and Active Directory/Group Policy administration for customer environmentsVulnerability scanning and patch deployment in coordination with the cybersecurity teamDirect customer-facing troubleshooting and support, from onboarding through day-to-day issue resolutionWhat You'll Deliver:Hardened, patched, and documented system configurations across supported cloud environmentsWorking infrastructure/configuration-as-code scripts and templates, stored and maintained in the customer's repositoryTimely vulnerability scan results and remediation actions, documented and communicated to stakeholdersAccurate, current customer environment records — accounts, access, and tracking/database entriesResolved tickets with clear documentation of root cause and resolutionHere's What You Need:2+ years of systems administration and automation experience (Windows and/or Linux, PowerShell and/or Bash scripting), including experience building and deploying softwareAssociate or Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or 4+ years of relevant job or military experience in lieu of degreeDoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (Security+, CISSP, CASP, or equivalent), or DoD 8140 equivalentBonus Points If You Have:1+ year of hands-on experience in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience in a DevSecOps environment — configuration management tooling, automation, and infrastructure-as-code practicesExperience with Nessus vulnerability scanning, Jira Service Management/JQL, or Microsoft IAM/Group Policy administrationFamiliarity with Certificate/CA/PKI infrastructureFamiliarity with National Security systems and air-gapped environmentsSecurity Clearance:Active TS clearance required; SCI preferredThe pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:$89,000 - $170,200 USDEqual Employment Opportunity Statement We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
