We are seeking a person with bathroom and kitchen remodeling experience to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations to install full bathroom remodels, tub to shower conversions, Luxury vinyl plank, luxury vinyl tile cabinets, countertops. This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of trash, operating power tools, setting up temporary structures, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job. Responsibilities
- Follow an SOP format plan to ensure job process efficiency
- Maintain a clean work environment by picking up trash, excess building materials.
- Transport materials and equipment from one location to another
- Operate power tools and/or industrial equipment
- Ability to be timely
- Driver license
- 2 years bathroom or kitchen remodeling experience
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
- Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Additional certifications or apprenticeship experience is preferred but not necessary
