The opportunity

This is a career, not a job. We put proven salespeople in front of homeowners who have already raised their hand, hand them a consultative sales process that works, and pay them what closing is actually worth. If you know how to sit across from someone, build real value, and close on trust — we want to talk to you.

No remodeling experience required. We teach the product. We can't teach character, which is what we actually hire for.

What the week actually looks like

• One sales meeting a week. The rest of your time is spent driving to pre-set, qualified, in-home appointments with homeowners who asked us to come out.
• No lot. No 12-hour shifts. No floor or desk politics.
• You run the entire sale, understand the home and the budget, build the right solution with the customer, and close at the kitchen table.
• We provide the appointments, the product, and a proven step-by-step consultative process. You bring the close.
• It's an appointment-based schedule, so expect some evenings and Saturdays, that's when homeowners are home. What you won't have is the all-day-every-day grind.

Who we're looking for

Strong, steady, and personable — the kind of person a homeowner trusts inside their house. Not flash. We want a closer who builds value calmly and earns the "yes" honestly.

This is a natural move if you come from:

• Automotive F&I, finance, or business management — if you can run a menu, build value under pressure, and close on trust, this is the same muscle without the reserve caps, the lender games, the long-tail chargebacks, or the desk politics. Your skill set transfers directly.
• Automotive, RV, marine, or powersports sales
• Other in-home or one-call-close sales (solar, security systems, etc.)
• Any high-trust, consultative, commission sales background
