Registered Nurse, Psychiatric (Psych) on a Geropsychiatric Unit in a hospital setting, located in Nashua, New Hampshire, United States. Start date 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Night shift (3x12s, 7:00 pm–7:00 am). Travel - Temporary Assignment. Weekly pay range $2,123–$2,259. Guaranteed hours 36 per week.

Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients on the geropsychiatric unit, including assessments, monitoring, and documentation of symptoms and condition changes
- Perform mental and physical health assessments, maintain accurate patient histories, and administer medications per physician orders
- Support daily therapeutic milieu activities, including group sessions, 1:1 interactions, patient education, and collaboration with treatment teams
- Develop and complete individualized treatment plans at admission and update them in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team; plan and coordinate nursing care and discharge planning
- Ensure timely, accurate documentation, including assessments, progress notes, and any required admission paperwork

Requirements
- Active State of New Hampshire RN license
- BLS certification required
- Education: Associate degree or diploma in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience: 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a geropsychiatric unit and communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
