We offer career growth and personal development opportunities for highly motivated individuals. Description Location We are recruiting a bookkeeper to work in our Utica, NY office. Responsibilities Bookkeeping for our small business clients. Accounting CS, QuickBooks and CCH Axcess knowledge is a plus. Ability to work with Excel and Word proficiently. Payroll, sales tax and individual tax preparation as needed. Deliver quality and courteous service to clients. Delivering quality internal service to Partners and staff; provide general administrative duties and work on projects as needed. The position is full-time and must be able to work additional hours during tax season. Qualifications Associate's Degree in Administrative Support/Business Management, Accounting or similar is a plus. Experience with an accounting firm or similar professional environment preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment. Advanced skills in Word, Excel and Outlook. Valid driver's license required for same day travel at local clients' offices using a personal vehicle. Salary $45,000 to $50,000 based on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr D
