Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Fri 10:00 AM - 05:00 PM Sun 05:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and/or store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, parking areas, receiving areas, and perimeter locations, helping to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions, then report concerns according to site-specific procedures. Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to store management and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
