Nursing Care Coordinator

The Nursing Care Coordinator is responsible for delivering coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. This role involves supervising and directing the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff and coordinating care with other disciplines.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license as required by state regulations.
