Crisis Connections, Inc.

Residents of King, Island, and Snohomish Counties living with HIV/AIDS. Responsibilities Provides case management for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Based on assessment of client needs, case managers and clients work together to identify resources to address: Medical Insurance Financial Housing Emotional Provides advocacy, case management, home delivered meals, housing assistance and health resources for those whose lives are affected by HIV/AIDS and other chronic illnesses. #J-18808-Ljbffr Crisis Connections, Inc.
