Garage Doors of Indianapolis is currently seeking bright, motivated individuals to join our valued team of customer care representatives. Qualified candidates have exceptional listening and communication skills, problem solving skills, and ability to work in a fast paced ever changing environment.
INBOUND CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVES RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be taking Inbound calls from new and existing customers to schedule service and sales calls, answer customer inquiries, take payments and help resolve billing questions, assist customers with information about our products, provide some technical support, research and problem solve so that our customers value the product and services they have purchased.
You will be expected to create an exceptional customer experience while engaging in needs based on dialogue. Interaction with customers is primarily phone-based via incoming calls; however you may also use a variety of communication tools such as e-mail and fax. Whatever the mode of interaction, you will need to come across with clear, effective verbal and written skills, and a friendly upbeat style, providing prompt courteous professional service to our customers.

Qualifications:
• HS diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Good listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Detail oriented and results driven
• Positive thinking and team oriented
• Basic keyboarding skills
• Motivated self-starter
• Must be willing to take and pass a mandatory drug test and background screening
• You will need to prove that you are reliable--well be counting on you!
HAVE TO BE AVAILABLE ON SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS
COMPENSATION- $12 PER HOUR PLUS WEEKLY COMMISIONS

As a hands-on CEO and President, McCord worked with an advertising expert to boil down the company’s spirit into one core message. Out of that, “Call us this morning, for service TODAY!” was born, and Central Indiana has remembered it ever since. It’s not just Indianapolis. The area of service is vast—from Martinsville to Lafayette to Anderson to Sheridan to Plainfield, Kokomo, Bloomington and more.
Careful attention is given to each and every customer. Recent restructuring ensures that the needs of all customers will be met to the highest satisfaction by establishing separate VPs that preside over the residential, commercial and contractor areas so specific and meticulous detail can be given to each area.
With more responsibility delegated to the vice presidents, McCord is looking forward to going out on service calls with service techs and installers from time to time, so don’t be surprised to see him if he comes to your door.
In today’s technologically advanced times, the web has come to the forefront of service. With online parts ordering already in place, McCord anticipates the day that consumers who choose to book their service calls online will be able to do so—so in that spare 10 minutes a customer might have at 11:30 p.m. they could book a call for the next day and check another item off the list.
You can’t talk about Garage Doors of Indianapolis and service without mentioning corporate philanthropy. Service means something special to the Garage Doors of Indianapolis staff. Longtime supporters of the Nicaraguan Resource Network administered through Northview Church in Carmel, Ind., the company has given money to support orphaned and needy children of Nicaragua.
Furthermore, employees have had the opportunity to travel for mission work through NRN at the company’s expense and on company time.
In 2003, Garage Doors of Indianapolis proudly adopted Riley Hospital for Children through the “WENS Radiothon for Riley” as a way to support the special hospital that does such amazing things for our littlest friends and neighbors.
