Customer Service CSI Representative

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Customer Service/CSI Representative . This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at Napleton Genesis of Carmel, the Customer Service/CSI Representative is responsible for assisting the service department to obtain guest feedback on manufacturer surveys and to follow up to help address and resolve opportunities and grow top tier results and service experiences. Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
