Building Inspector

Summary Of Benefits At Bloomfield Township Bloomfield Township offers a competitive benefits package for full-time employees, emphasizing health, financial security, and work-life balance. Health Insurance Employees receive Cigna PPO coverage with low premiums-$25/single or $50/family per pay period, and annual deductibles of $2,000/single and $4,000/family. The Township also contributes to a Health Savings Accounts: $1,500 for singles and $3,000 for families. Opt-out incentives include $3,000 (single) or $6,000 (family). Additional health perks include dental, vision, telehealth, and wellness incentives up to $350. Paid Time Off The Township provides 40 floating holiday hours. 13 sick days annually (4 hours accrued biweekly). Vacation bank with 36 hours added after your first pay period. 7 paid holidays. Three sick days may be used as personal days. Disability & Life Insurance Coverage includes short- and long-term disability.
