Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Biloxi, MS. The Finance Director will lead all financial operations, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, overseeing financial policies, and collaborating with other departments to align financial strategies with organizational goals. The role also involves identifying cost-saving opportunities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing actionable insights for decision-making to company leadership. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance management Strong skills in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and provide actionable insights Proficient in financial software tools and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred Experience in the retail or outdoor recreation industry is a plus Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr County Line Campers
