Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, including financial and administrative tasks Oversee all receivable and payable accounting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Coordinate with sales, service, and finance departments to properly account for transactions. Maintain comprehensive accounting records and reports for management review Lead and mentor office staff to promote productivity and collaboration Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Requirements Proven experience in business accounting management, preferably in the automotive industry Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency in dealership management software-Reynolds & Reynolds-and microsoft office suite.
