ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked in banking. I was drawn to agency ownership because it gave me the opportunity to build my own business while making a meaningful impact in the local community and helping people protect what matters most.

I attended University of Mississippi, where I played football. I'm a proud father of two and enjoy traveling and spending time with my family whenever possible. Community involvement is an important part of our agency. We stay active with local schools and proudly sponsor a Student Athlete of the Month award at the local high school. Supporting young people and recognizing hard work and achievement are values that align closely with our agency culture.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brandon Jacobs - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
