Role Registered Respiratory Therapist Responsibilities Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing and cardiopulmonary conditions. Perform diagnostic tests and administer oxygen and aerosol therapies. Manage ventilators and collaborate with physicians and nurses to develop comprehensive care plans. Qualifications & Skills Licensed or certified as a Respiratory Therapist. Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills. Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Key Duties Providing high-quality respiratory care in a hospital setting. Utilizing diagnostic tools and therapies to improve patient outcomes. Participating in interdisciplinary team efforts to develop and implement treatment plans. Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to safety protocols. #J-18808-Ljbffr
