Peer Support Specialist

LiftTalk is looking for compassionate Peer Support Specialists to provide one-on-one emotional support and guidance to users navigating relationships, personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and everyday life challenges.
As an independent contractor, you'll connect with users through text, voice, and video sessions while helping them gain encouragement, accountability, and practical support. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible scheduling, allowing you to manage your own availability.
Whether you have experience in peer support, coaching, mentoring, wellness, social work, customer service, or other people-focused roles, we'd love to hear from you. If you're passionate about helping others and building meaningful connections, we'd love to welcome you to the LiftTalk community.
