What You’ll Do

As a Leader , you’ll play a key role in restaurant operations, team development, and culture-building. You’ll be entrusted with supporting daily functions across all departments (FOH, BOH, Drive-Thru, Delivery) while mentoring team members and contributing to strategic growth.

You will:

• Own shift-level leadership and guide teams with real-time decision-making

• Ensure operational excellence in speed, accuracy, hospitality, and cleanliness
• Help hire, train, coach, and develop team members and emerging leaders
• Reinforce food safety and compliance standards with excellence
• Support strategic planning, metrics, labor stewardship, and guest experience initiatives
• Foster a culture of growth, ownership, and intentional care
• Embody servant leadership — lifting others up and helping them win

Position Requirements

• Full-time availability (mornings, evenings, Saturdays, holidays)
• Comfortable working hands-on in both FOH and BOH
• Ability to lift 5-30+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience preferred
• Food safety knowledge is a plus
