Shifts: Days (Rotating Weekends) | 07:30 AM-04:00 PM

Position Overview:

This position requires a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join its rehabilitation team. They will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence and improve functional abilities following illness, injury, or surgery. This role requires collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.

Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.

Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living and overall independence.

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.


Requirements:

Current State Licensed Occupational Therapist - Required.
1+ years of Occupational Therapist - Preferred.
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program - Required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
