Occupational Therapist - Rehab Unit

Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule Day shift only with a weekend rotation.

Job Description Join our dynamic rehabilitation team in Gainesville, FL, where you will work in a newly established rehab unit providing high-quality care to patients. As an Occupational Therapist, you'll engage in patient evaluations, assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), transfers, education for families and patients, as well as therapeutic exercises and functional training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for ADLs and functional activities.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must have BLS certification.
