Responsibilities Patient Account Representative Arbour Hospital is an important community resource for a wide range of vital behavioral healthcare services. Website : A part of the business office for the hospital system, the Patient Account Representative is aa integral part of the billing team. This is a full-time, benefit eligible, 40 hours per week position. Reviews EOBs for proper payment, documents any denials and resolves denied amounts on a timely basisEnsures bad debts and denials are presented for write-off timely, with all completed supporting documentation Maintains documentation on all third party billing contract rates and procedures Ensures proper contractual discounts and codes are used to net accounts receivable Documents notes completely and concisely regarding follow up activity, while keeping organized paper documentation About Universal Health Services One of the nation’s largest and most respected providers of hospital and healthcare services, Universal Health Services, Inc. Qualifications Requirements Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
