Head of GTM & Commercialization

Overview Renters pay for housing every month through property management companies (PMCs), and that relationship is the foundation of our business. We are building the financial layer that sits on top of that relationship: payments, insurance, rewards, embedded financial products, and a resident AI that ties the experience together. The products are strong. The next chapter is getting them to market, fast, through the largest distribution channel in multifamily. As Head of GTM & Commercialization you will turn that distribution advantage into growth. You will own how our fintech and AI solutions are positioned, priced, packaged, launched, sold and adopted, and you will build the commercial engine, with Marketing as your closest partner, that makes every launch land. This is a rare chance to run go-to-market for a consumer-grade fintech with a built-in B2B2C channel, a live resident base, and an AI-first roadmap. Responsibilities WHAT YOU WILL OWN Go-to-market for fintech and AI solutions. Define and run the GTM strategy for payments, insurance, resident financial products and Resident AI, from segmentation and positioning to launch and scale, with a clear point of view on where we win. The PMC channel. Make PMCs our best growth channel. Design the adoption journey, incentives and enablement that turn PMC relationships into resident engagement and payment volume, working through RealPage Sales and Customer Success rather than around them. Pricing and packaging. Own pricing, bundling and packaging solution, segment and PMC type. Test, learn and iterate with the discipline of a consumer fintech: unit economics, take rate, attach and contribution profit per active unit. Launch engine. Co-own with marketing a repeatable launch playbook (positioning, messaging, sales and CS enablement, PMC training, resident campaigns) so every release has an owner, a plan and a measured outcome. You own the commercial plan: segment, pricing, packaging, targets and success criteria. Marketing owns positioning, messaging campaigns and enablement content. AI-led commercialization. Turn Resident AI capabilities into things PMCs and residents understand, want and pay for. Translate product capability into value narratives, proof points and adoption plays. Growth analytics. Run the funnel end to end: awareness, activation, conversion, adoption and retention. Make the scorecard visible weekly and act on it. Training and enablement. Equip PMC teams, onsite staff and RealPage customer-facing teams to sell, support and advocate for our solutions.

YOUR PARTNERSHIP WITH MARKETING

Commercialization and Marketing succeed or fail together, and this role is built that way. You will work with Marketing as one team on: Positioning and messaging for PMCs and residents, built from customer insight rather than feature lists. Launch campaigns, lifecycle and in-product marketing, partner co-marketing, and PMC and resident education. A shared funnel and shared targets: you bring the commercial model and pipeline; Marketing brings narrative, brand, campaigns, and creative. Joint planning, joint metrics, one calendar. Test-and-learn on offers, pricing presentation and channels, with fast feedback loops into product and the Resident Experience team. Qualifications WHAT YOU BRING 10+ years commercializing consumer, B2B2C or B2B fintech products at scale (payments, lending, cards, investing, insurance or embedded finance), with ownership of a growth or revenue number. A track record of launching and scaling fintech or AI-powered products: you have built the playbook, not just run it. Deep fluency in pricing, packaging, unit economics and funnel analytics; comfortable moving between a P&L and a campaign brief. Experience selling or distributing through partners or channels (platforms, merchants, property managers, banks or other multi-site operators) and winning adoption without owning the sales force. A genuine, working partnership with Marketing: you have co-owned launches, campaigns and shared targets, and know what great looks like. Credible with executives and the field: you can tell the story to a CEO, a PMC operator and a sales team, and be believed by each. Hands-on with AI: you understand how to position, price and drive adoption of AI-enabled products and are curious about where they go next. Nice to have: multifamily, real estate or property technology exposure; regulated-product go-to-market (payments, lending, insurance); experience launching in a new or recently acquired business inside a larger company.
