Robert Half's client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a hybrid position in Concord, CA. What you'll do as an Inside Sales Representative:

• Connect with inbound and marketing-generated leads to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Build trust with customers, caregivers, and family members through empathetic, consultative conversations.
• Guide sales opportunities through the decision-making process and help customers take the next step when the timing is right.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, lead activity, and sales progress within company systems.
• Conduct timely follow-up with prospective customers to nurture relationships and improve conversion outcomes.
• Meet daily activity metrics, sales goals, and revenue objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with team members and leadership to identify customer trends, common objections, and opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, call center, inside sales, admissions, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
• A consultative sales approach focused on understanding customer needs and creating positive experiences.
• Comfort working in a goal-driven environment with performance metrics and sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, sales software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work various shifts between 6:00 AM and 5:00 PM .
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
