Property Maintenance Technician — Make-Ready & Repairs

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an on-site role in Los Angeles. You will perform work orders, preventative maintenance, and make-ready inspections to prepare units for leasing. You will also document requests accurately and support upkeep of grounds and amenities. The position requires a hands-on mindset, attention to detail, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
