Pool and Spa Builders Inc.
13070 Glenoaks Blvd., Sylmar, CA 91342
Job Title: Pool Repair Technician
COME MAKE A SPLASH WITH OUR TEAM!
Got a knack for fixing things and a passion for keeping pools running right? Pool and Spa Builders is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Pool Repair Technician to join our crew. If you know your way around pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems and you like the idea of steady work, a great team, and real benefits - let's talk!
No fluff, just the meat and potatoes: we'll hand you a fully stocked work truck, back you with a team that's got your back, and pay you well for skills you've already got.
PAY: $24–$38/hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Diagnosing and repairing pool equipment - pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and more.
- Running routine maintenance checks to catch problems before they become expensive repairs.
- Installing and setting up new pool equipment for clients.
- Talking directly with clients to understand what's going on and get it fixed right.
- Keeping every job up to code with safety protocols and industry standards.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Real, proven experience repairing and maintaining pool equipment.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Sharp problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
- The ability to work solo or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina - this job involves lifting heavy equipment.
- Solid knowledge of pool industry regulations and safety standards.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive pay: $24–$38/hr, DOE.
- Paid vacation.
- Medical, dental, vision & life insurance.
- 401(k) retirement plan - with company match!
- Paid holidays.
- A company truck and all the equipment you need - we set you up to succeed.
- Real opportunities for training and growth, not just a job title.
