•Weekly maintenance of residential swimming pools
•Testing and balancing water chemistry (LSI-based)
•Equipment inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting
•Communicating with clients and reporting repair needs
•Following route schedules and logging service details REQUIREMENTS:
•Your own insured pickup truck (this is required)
•Valid driver’s license
•Reliable and self-motivated
•Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors
•Willing to learn and work well with a team PAY & BENEFITS:
•$25/hr during training
•$28/hr after training
•Mileage reimbursement
•1 week paid vacation (Christmas–New Year’s)
•2nd week after 1 year, 3rd week after 2 years
•5 PTO days/year (start accruing after 90 days)
•Summer bonus + Christmas bonus
•Uniform provided
