Job PostingSeeking an experienced Field Service Technician to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on high-power EV charging systems. This role combines hands-on technical work with customer interaction and requires extensive travel.Position Type: Full-time, Travel Industry: Electric Vehicle InfrastructureLocation: VariousDepartment: Service OperationsKey Responsibilities:Execute diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on charging systemsPerform commissioning and periodic maintenance interventionsWork independently and collaboratively to maximize repair efficiencyDocument repairs thoroughly and consistentlyProvide feedback to remote service and development teamsCoordinate service interventions within assigned territoryRequirements:Technical BackgroundTechnical certification or experience in electrical engineeringExperience as electrician in low-voltage range (up to 1,000V)2+ years support role in eMobility/EV charging industryBasic software and diagnostic skillsFull stack IT infrastructure knowledge (hardware, software, network, telecommunications)Proficiency in MS Office (Windows, Excel, Word)Professional communication abilitiesExperience working under time pressureAbility to manage urgent customer escalationsAbility to lift 75lbs (components and units)Capable of repeated ladder climbingAble to stand/walk for extended periodsValid driver's licenseValid passportFlexibility for overtime workWillingness for domestic and international travelAvailable for flexible hoursBenefits:Medical Benefits with cost assistanceVisionDentalLife Insurance paid by employerDisabilityFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA/HSA)PTO (minimum 16 days)Company holidays
