Senior Employment Law Director — Strategy, Compliance & Risk

Samsung Electronics America, Inc. seeks a Director of Employment Law to lead the employment law function for SEA and North America Headquarters. The role will advise the People Team, manage investigations, and develop compliance policies across wage, hour, leave, and equal opportunity laws.
The position requires a JD, 10–15 years of experience, and TX bar eligibility or in-house eligibility. Based in Plano, TX, travel to other North American offices may be required.
