About the Role:
Dematteos Restaurant Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our restaurant operations in Rome, NY. Responsibilities:

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all restaurant operations
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, P&L management, and revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, vendors, and the local community
• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to drive guest traffic
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top-performing management and front/back-of-house staff
• Champion a culture of exceptional guest experience and hospitality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in senior-level restaurant or hospitality management
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Deep understanding of food service operations, including kitchen and front-of-house management
• Experience with marketing, brand development, and community engagement
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal food safety and labor regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
