Fund Administration Analyst

This role offers exposure across the full operational lifecycle—from initial setup and onboarding through reconciliation, banking coordination, compliance support, and ongoing stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities Support the onboarding of new funds and related entities, including document collection, review, tracking, and follow-up Manage multiple onboarding workflows and adjust to shifting priorities as needed Handle coordinating bank account setup and interactions with external financial institutions Support compliance-related activities, including due diligence tracking and maintaining audit-ready documentation Operate within established controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of deliverables Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects progressing on schedule Oversee shared communication channels, ensuring timely triage and response to inquiries Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal workflows and operational processes Manage accurate data and assist with reporting, tracking, and validation efforts Utilize available tools, systems, and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes Qualifications 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial services, fund administration, accounting, or a related field Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, or similar preferred) Foundational understanding of accounting principles Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities Skills & Attributes Highly organized with a strong focus on process and detail Effective written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data systems Ability to juggle multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Interest in identifying process improvements and leveraging automation Ability to work in a controlled, accuracy-focused environment Willingness to take on new challenges and follow tasks through to completion Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with employer match Paid holidays Paid sick leave Life and disability insurance Equal Opportunity Statement Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: The California Fair Chance Act Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
