Lead Fire Alarm Technician

As part of a team of dedicated professionals, you will lead the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced fire alarm systems across various sectors including commercial, industrial, and healthcare facilities. In this position, you will oversee projects, mentor junior technicians, and engage with a wide range of fire alarm systems such as EST, Notifier, Silent Knight, Firelite, Ademco, and Bosch. Your expertise will not only contribute to the success of our projects but also enhance our commitment to safety by ensuring each system is compliant, functional, and reliable. Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems Strong knowledge of various fire alarm systems, including EST, Notifier, Silent Knight, Firelite, Ademco, and Bosch Ability to supervise and instruct others effectively on job sites Possession of applicable state licenses for Commercial Fire Alarm, Burglar Alarm, Nurse Call, and Access Control Relevant certifications and ongoing education in fire safety systems are preferred Firetrol offers competitive wages and top-of-the-line benefits that include health, dental vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, generous paid time off practice and a 401(k) plan with a generous company match and immediate vesting.
