Marketing Coordinator

Provide overall support to marketing department members through collection, organization, and maintenance of marketing materials using web-based and network-based systems Organize and produce materials for pre-qualification efforts, proposals, and presentations Organize and maintain qualifications, staff resumes, boilerplate information, archived files, and related marketing data Lead prequalification efforts and support qualification/proposal development by compiling and checking information and completing forms and reports Assist in the proposal close-out process Administer marketing systems, including maintaining codes and reports Generate reports on pre-contract status, leads and fees analysis, and sales reports as needed Assist with surveys, special projects, research, pre-sell pieces, data entry, and award submittals Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High School Diploma / GED or equivalent Basic-level proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Basic researching skills on clients, communities, and markets, with ability to summarize pertinent information Attention to detail and ability to follow established document management protocols and templates Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines and prioritize work Visa sponsorship is not available for this position Core Competencies Demonstrates proficiency in organizing and maintaining marketing materials, managing multiple projects, and generating reports.
