Work alongside the Owner/Operator Starting Pay Scale: Full-time 32+ hours per week: $16.00/hr and up We are looking for full-time team members. Team members must be available on a variety of weekdays and on both Friday and Saturday. We are looking for hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, and honest people. Chick-fil-A Team Members take part in a variety of tasks both in the Front of House and the Back of House. In the FOH you will welcome & greet guests, take and deliver customer orders through either the front counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! In the BOH you will support the kitchen team, prepare and assemble food orders quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile.
