Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at our Trenton, SC facility. This is a critical role responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance, and management of large and complex industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical expertise, the ability to troubleshoot complex systems, and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. Must-Haves

• Minimum 2 years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience
• Demonstrated experience with industrial equipment installation, repair, and maintenance
• Mechanical maintenance capabilities with proven ability to work on large and complex machinery
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial field service environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Primary Functions

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment in manufacturing and field site environments
• Install, repair, maintain, dismantle, and relocate large and complex industrial equipment
• Service and repair automobiles and related components as assigned
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions
• Maintain detailed documentation of all maintenance and repair activities
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations within the manufacturing environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs

Required Skills

• Multi-craft maintenance expertise across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Proficiency in industrial equipment installation and repair procedures
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work safely with large, complex machinery and industrial equipment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Physical capability to perform demanding manual labor and work at heights when necessary
• Flexible mindset with ability to adapt to changing operational demands

Preferred Qualifications

• PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) experience and programming knowledge
• Certification in industrial maintenance or related trade
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices
