This team supports beauty brands in creating engaging in-store experiences, educating consumers, and driving sales through exceptional product knowledge and brand representation.Salary/Hourly Rate$25/hrPosition OverviewThe Freelance Beauty Brand Educators will serve as the face of the brand within Beauty stores across the market. This long-term temporary role is ideal for beauty professionals who excel at product education, in-store customer engagement, visual merchandising, and relationship building with store teams.Responsibilities Of The Freelance Beauty Brand Educators* Educate Beauty associates and customers on product features, benefits, and application techniques.* Drive sales through product demonstrations, customer engagement, and strong brand representation.* Maintain clean, visually appealing, and compliant brand displays.* Execute planograms, assist with restocking, and support light operational tasks.* Build and maintain strong relationships with Beauty Store Managers and staff.* Travel to multiple Beauty store locations within the assigned territory (mileage reimbursement provided).Required Experience/Skills For The Freelance Beauty Brand Educators* Previous experience with Beauty or another beauty/retail environment.* Strong working knowledge of beauty products, trends, and makeup application.* Excellent communication and customer service skills.* Reliable transportation for travel between store locations.* Availability to work approximately 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.Preferred Experience/Skills For The Freelance Beauty Brand Educators* Personal set of professional makeup brushes.* Experience conducting beauty demonstrations or training.Education Requirements* High school diploma is required.### Benefits* Atrium Care Package available upon eligibility (including healthcare plans, discount programs, and paid time off). #J-18808-Ljbffr
