Requirements + Job Duties

• Perform unit turnovers, including painting, cleaning, and furniture replacement
• Complete general maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, basic HVAC, repairs)
• Provide janitorial support (restrooms, trash removal, sweeping/mopping)
• Assemble furniture and assist with site setups
• Coordinate with vendors and assist with installations
• Support multiple locations and relocation projects as needed

As a Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator you will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations.
