Partner with the best In this role, you will lead the cross-functional alignment of the entire program lifecycle, guiding multidisciplinary teams to successful delivery. Operating within a dynamic matrix environment, you will bridge engineering and operations to ensure complex server hardware initiatives are executed with high reliability and performance. Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent Have desire to learn technical skills within server hardware scope Demonstrate experience in program or project management and agile work processes in a cross-functional and technical team Demonstrate autonomy with a solid continuous improvement mindset - proactively identifying solutions to complex challenges, Be action-oriented with solid analytical skills, capable of problem-solving and decision-making, and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities Demonstrate excellent teamwork and be eager to engage in diverse, creative, and innovative projects Have experience with external vendor interactions and understanding server hardware specifications Have experience with Jira and Confluence About us At Akamai, we make life better for billions of people, trillions of times a day. Compensation Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For US based candidates only - the base salary for this position ranges from $100,700 - $181,300/year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. Compensation for candidates outside the US will vary. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
